Ingredients
Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
- Egg 1
- Ginger Garlic Paste 1.5 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder ½ teaspoon
- Vinegar 1 tbsp.
- Soya Sauce 1 tbsp.
- Chili Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp.
Wet Batter:
- All Purpose Flour ½ cup
- Corn Flour ⅓ cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
- Chili Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Ice Cold Water 1 cup
Dry Batter:
- All Purpose Flour 1 cup
- Corn Flour ½ cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder ½ tsp
Burger Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ cup
- Ketchup 2 tbsp.
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper Powder ½ tsp
Assembling:
- Buns
- Ice berg
- Fried chicken
- Sauce
- Cheese Slice
- Onion
- Tomato
- Mayonnaise or Ketchup if needed
Instructions
in bowl, add egg
add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, salt, white pepper powder, black pepper powder, vinegar, soya sauce & chili sauce. and beat well
Marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours.
In a bowl, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, red chili powder, chili sauce, baking powder.
add ice cold water and mix well
In a wide plate, add all purpose flour, corn flour, salt and red chili powder. Mix well and keep aside.
Keep Wet Batter, Dry Batter and 1 cup Ice Cold Water at one place.
Take marinated chicken fillet and dip it in Wet Batter first then Dry Batter then Ice Cold Water then again Dry Batter and deep fry.
Mix Mayonnaise, ketchup, salt and White pepper powder.
Serve with Ketchup, Coleslaw and French Fries.
Substitutions
Whole Grain Buns: Use whole grain or whole wheat buns for added fiber.
