- Atta 11/3 Cups
- Besan 1 Cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder ½ teaspoon
- Crushed (Coriander + Cumin) 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Cilantro 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Green Chilies 1 tablespoon
- Ghee/Oil
Instructions
In a bowl, add atta
Add besan
Add all the spices
Also add cilantro and green chillies
Gradually add water
And knead the dough
Make small size pera, sprinkle flour on it and roll it thin into a round circle.
Heat Tawa, put besan ki roti on a tawa and cook few seconds from one side.
Change side and apply ghee/oil, flip it and apply ghee/oil on the other side too. Cook on both sides. Serve with butter and raita.
