Ingredients
for Chicken Steak:
- 2 Chicken Fillets (1 lb)
- Oil ¼ cup
- Chopped Garlic 2 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Black Pepper Powder ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
for White Sauce:
- Oil 2 tablespoon
- Chopped Garlic 1.5 teaspoon
- Butter 2 tablespoon
- All Purpose Flour 2 tablespoon
- Milk 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
- Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp
Instructions
all the required ingredients for the marination of the chicken
take a bowl and add oil in it
add some chopped garlic
then add salt, black pepper and white pepper
add Worcestershire sauce and vinegar
now add mustard paste
mix well and apply it on the chicken evenly on both sides
brush oil on the grill pan and and grill the chicken until it's cooked (6 to 10 mins each side)
once its done, it will look like this
take vegies of your choice and grill them in the same grill
for mash potatoes, combine all the ingredients
all the required ingredients for the white sauce
then add oil, chopped garlic and butter in a pan
add flour
gradually add milk while continuously stirring the spoon
now add water as required
then add salt, white pepper powder and red chili flakes
ready to serve
Directions:
For chicken:
Put all the above ingredients except chicken in a bowl and whisk it thoroughly 2. Pour the marinate over Chicken Fillet and keep it for 1-2 hours 3. Brush Grill pan with oil 4. Grill Chicken on both sides approx. 6-10 mins each side.
For white sauce:
In a pan, heat 2 tablespoon oil 2. Add chopped Garlic and Saute` for 2 minutes 3. Then add butter, when it's melted, add flour and mix till aroma comes 4. Now Add milk gradually and keep stirring 5. Add water 6. Add Salt, White Pepper Powder and Red Chili Flakes 7. Cook till the sauce thickens.
Substitutions
For dairy free version, use olive oil instead of butter and use non dairy milk in the sauce.
Storage
It can be stored in the freezer for up to 2-3 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
